Refund policy

At DR.Minoo’s, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality skincare and wellness products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing item in the order

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase/order details

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales

Refund Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement subject to product availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.
